In all honesty, no. Televised baseball has never appealed to me - not even the pros. I'm the same way with Golf. Both are great in person and fun to play but for me they're not spectator sports. And with college baseball you're not seeing the best of the best play. In the Knoxville area we have the Smokies who I do follow and they provide a great experience. UT baseball never made any outreach until now.

I had 2 good friends from childhood (one was like a brother to me and the other was his baby bro) that played for UT baseball but UT did such a poor job of advertising games or even trying to build a fanbase that even as a student I never knew when they were playing unless I ran into them and they weren't a terrible team then either.

With softball the crazy stuff they do pitching amazes me and the game just goes faster.
