No reason for downvotes to be expected. I want this to be an honest and open discussion.
I assure you, I've never even thought the words "it's time to move on" re: Richt but I have to feel we're going in the right direction right now and the pieces should be there for him.
I'm also not taking away what he has done. I won't bother repeating the division titles, winning % and the abundance of 'close calls' to the SECCGs and MNCs. We all know them.
