I've lost 15 pounds in the last 3 months. The Fitbit has helped a ton. I just eat less calories than what I burn a day. My body has adjusted to eating less. I'm borderline too skinny now. I can't afford to lose anymore weight.

I would recommend a high protein / low calorie diet.

I eat Greek yogurt for breakfast.

Some days I will eat tuna for lunch. I used to gag at the smell of tuna from a can, but I can tolerate these. The smell isn't too bad.
