Sounds like it did go on without a hitch to me. Make fun of a violent extreme religion, lure extremist violent followers out and kill their punk asses.
Hell, they should do something like this every week.

On a related note, it now appears that both attackers (who were armed with long guns described by the media as 'assault rifles') were taken out by a single officer who was under fire, armed only with a handgun, and who normally works traffic duty.
Damn son, that's doing work.
