Maybe you didn't notice, but Neighbors was just looking for something to do at that point as Fournette was already 15 yards down field. Collins had already put Miles out of the play.

He was already going backwards, what gif did you watch? And he didn't push Collins back at all. Rather, Collins was moving backwards to cut Garrett off.

Didn't LF run right Garrett in that play. If you can't get off the block it don't matter how far you push the OL back or not.
