Yes exactly. I remember the Troy game last year when we were blowing them out and Ramsey came in. He threw a ball directly to a troy LB where a UGA player wasn't within 15 yards in any direction. It was like "wtf are you doing?"

No doubt Ramsey has the most arm strength since Stafford but I'm expecting him to throw 10+ picks in 2015.
