I'll copy and paste the first post on the previous page that was posted by UAsports23 that you either again conveniently didn't see or flat out ignored. I don't think there's anything left to say about Thomas.

In his defense, he has only brought up valid criticisms. Avery is gonna learn how to recruit and has no experience in the college game. That's a big leap at the money were probably gonna pay him. Under the circumstances though, I think he was the best we could get.
