speaking of, i was wound tight all day, went home early from work just to watch games. i expected to be a nervous wreck by tip off but i decided to do my nails during the game to keep me from biting off my fingers and it seemed to calm me - i would suggest this form of meditation for you all but some of you may not want painted nails.
