I feel you.
My dad's season's tickets are in the lower part of that end zone upper deck so I hear all the time how they are the last to get the upgrades.
But honestly like someone said they are significantly cheaper and if you know 3/4th's of the stadium has been greatly improved why not just get tickets elsewhere?
