Apparently when I left he had them cut all that meat and when I came to work the next day they said I owed 140$ or I was fired. I told Ron Davis (Manager) to go frick himself, because if I was a customer not in uniform I would never want to shop there again.

Sounds like this was one big misunderstanding. Don't know that Manager, but I'd assume Steve would've had a problem with the staff treating you that way.
And I didn't realize pastrami was $28 a pound
