The foundation work takes a little time but after that it'll go fast. Most of the steel will be pre assembled in sections in a lay down yard and flown in in large sections by crane and bolted together. After that it's essentially more concrete work then the finishing. Depending on what additives are in the mix the concrete can reach it's full strength in 3 to 5 days and I'm assuming that a lot of the concrete is prefab, pre or post tensioned pieces that will also be flown in by crane. There may be some minor things (minor considering the actual scope) to finish but it'll be done by opening day barring any really long stretches of bad weather.
