re: 2015 Best Public Colleges in America

First, I think I conceded UGA is more popular than GTECH right now, and gave a reason for that, it is considered a more challenging school acadmiecally (I think this is probably overstated though).

Second, GA Tech had been down in football for a few years.

Third, this has nothing to do with is it a college town discussion, or do a vast majority of young people prefer an Athens to a Atlanta. I'm skeptical of that, and I think peole growing up in small towns in Georgia actually would like to go to school in ATL for different experience.
