But that's the thing, they don't have to be that caliber of a QB. All they have to do is sit back and complete 15-20 passes a game and not turn the ball over...

They just have to do enough to open up the run and let our RB's and O-Line go to work. Sure they have to make a big play on their own every now and then but with our WR's it shouldn't be as hard as we make it for ourselves in our current situation.

This thread is about Patterson, so I'll be very brief and not hijack the thread.

1. LA high school QB development is god-awful.
2. LSU has started a 2nd year QB in a complex system 4 of the last 7 years.
3. In 2 of the remaining 3 years, LSU has ranked in the Top 20 nationally in passer rating.
