He pays his OC far more than Chavis, and rewards Haley by not only passing him over for the DC job (despite the fact that all of you LSU posters would have been far happier with him being hired than Steele - just reads the posts from the last few weeks, before the Steele hire), but brings in an arguably unqualified hire with whom Haley has bad blood; as soon as Steele was hired, Haley had to be canned, because the two could not have worked together. That seems like a shitty way to treat a guy who saved your arse over and over again.
