Eh I don't think so. Liggins was bigger in highschool than Jones is now. Jones came into OSU at 210 lbs. Liggins is also 2-3 inches shorter.
I'm also not sure Liggins ever had the arm to be an SEC QB.

Exactly, Liggins doesn't have the ability to throw down field like this guy.
