Denver or Boston are both very clean. I'd live in either and would have 0 complaints. Nashville is pretty clean too now that I think about it.

I'm somewhat of an undercover marijuana smoker too, so I'd enjoy the legalities of Denver. Not your typical smoker stereotype though, as I'm pretty white collar. Hence the undercover part and why I'd enjoy the Colorado laws.
