Serious question. What was the last school outside the big 6 to win an sec title? I'm nearly certain it hasn't happened in my lifetime and I was born in 92. What has it been like 50 years?
Answered a few posts upthread.
Kentucky and Georgia finished tied in 1976, but UGA beat UK head to head and got the Sugar Bowl bid.
The last team from outside the big 6 to win a conference title outright was Ole Miss in 1963 - 51 years ago.
