Below are the reasons why he is getting a raise. It is the tangible progress he has made.

1. forward or onward movement toward a destination.
If the goal is an undefeated season someday then would below not 100% be an example of progress?

Dave Hart: Michigan never contacted him about Butch Jones. He said no other school contacted him, either.
