With the prior admin, I would absolutely agree. This one I don't think is completely retarded although I don't really like this extension.

Below are the reasons why he is getting a raise. It is the tangible progress he has made.

Progress defined.
1. forward or onward movement toward a destination.

If the goal is an undefeated season someday then would below not 100% be an example of progress?
