If the SEC gets left out of the play-offs, after its history the last decade and the dominance of the West this year, then the play-offs are a joke. No need to talk about if Bama wins, because if they do then their in. If Mizzou wins the SEC still should get a rep. Think Indiana disqualifies Mizzou, then fine put in Alabama or Mississippi St, but if not one SEC team gets in then the committee is punishing the West for being too deep. One of the reasons the East looks weak is because of its comparison to the West. You compare the East to most other divisions in college football, and factor in each team in the East had to play the West twice, and it compares very favorably with most of the other divisions. I do not believe there is a team outside of the SEC that could have played Arkansas' schedule and could have come out of it with less the two losses (and I am probably being generous).
