I'm still trying to figure out what fantasy land the OP lives in where he can say progress has been made in the south. I'd like to move there and buy a condo....

It makes me wonder why we brought in the state University ftom the most racist state that is having race riots and currently in the national news because of current racism.
I guess you need schools the others can beat up on though.
