I think it's ridiculous that some UGA fans would want Richt out, but I am curious on who you would want to replace him?

Anyone that doesn't sound like a pussy all the time.

If I were his boss, I would give him an ultimatum to either a) hire a special teams coach, or b) resign. I'm talking about a coach who's only responsibility is special teams.
I would give Jeremy Pruitt a pass this year but judge him on how the D performs next season.

Special teams is the one thing he actually improved this year.
Hard to wrap your head around, but seriously... think about the shitshow of 2013 on special teams.
I think the problem is bigger than Richt.
The Gurley Situation was handled poorly in the context of being a championship program. A Championship Program circles the wagons and makes excuses and hires lawyers and muddies the waters and throws up smoke screens and makes people disappear in the middle of the night. Richt and Co decided to do the "right" thing.
The same could be said about some the attrition from the secondary in the off-season.
Its only in the last 2 recruiting cycles that we've even started taking a full class each year. For years we were playing with self-imposed 20 Man scholly suspensions. That could be blamed on Richt, but he's fixed it.
Unless the AD wants to change the way they operate as an institution, I don't think a different coach would make a difference.

pruitt will not be our head coach

Not now. I think Richt stays a few more years and Pruitt takes over when he leaves.
