Taking the past and applying it to next year, next year will be the same as the past few years. Exceptional talent underutilized and an inability or unwillingness to change when the current gameplan isn't working.

See below for a perfect example of Miles' coaching abilities. He left the guy in the game, except for the last play of the game. That's the day I lost much respect for Miles as a coach and a person.
