Richt finally being a man, and slapping down that yappy little troublemaker. You can bet this won't happen again. Pruitt will keep his trap shut now. If he doesn't like it, he can get the hell on.

don't see this as a slap down but more like Sheriff Taylor covering Deputy Fife's faux pas..Richt wants this facility and was promised this facility when he was first hired. This seems to be an organized plot to pressure ADGM until he crawls out from under the desk and gets this done.
