Actually, with the new tie breaker you would not win the west if Alabama also only had one loss, even though you beat us.

Tie breaker is no longer head-to-head. It is combined record of cross division opponents.

Ole miss: Vandy and Tennessee
Bama: Florida and Tennessee

False.

In a two-way tie, head-to-head is still what matters. In a multi-way tie (let's say three teams finish 11-1) where head-to-head doesn't work (X>Y>Z>X), then it goes down to other tiebreakers, the eighth of which is cross division opponent records.

After that it's a coin toss.
