Not really. That step in teh process was like 3 steps after the actual cause. The suspension is due to allegedly taking money for autographs. Even after that takes place, the shithead still has to list them, then people buy them. Whether every item sold out within 5 minutes or not a single one was ever purchased, the actual suspension-worthy act had already taken place long beforehand.
