I've already laid out under what conditions I would support terminating him. I don't have any loyalty to him or any other coach. I don't know these cats.

I'm rooting for him because he seems likable and seems to really want to do well. What more could I ask for in a guy (yes, yes wins - I know)?

Folks take this stuff way too seriously. If he can't get it done, we move on.

Had we not been injury riddled last year and we went 4-8, he wouldn't be at UF and I'd be OK with that.

Where's he really failed is OC selection and wanting to change to pro offense. He's seen the light. Maybe he can get it done. This is his QBs third offense to learn. I personally don't expect it to be running smooth until much later this season.
