No shite they get frisked at a much higher rate.
This isn't rocket science. But by all means, white on black racism is a much easier explanation - it helps some explain away issues that would take self-reflection to sort through.

No you see, the system made them murder, rape, steal and batter. This is the more appropriate explanation.
