It's not poor English skills, it's ebonics. We don't have a name for the broken English stupid redneck white people speak. We're living in a fantasy world, or rather, they are. Instead of improving their culture, they've legitimized a shitty culture.

I've noticed that there's really no value in improving their own community -- they seem to shift toward blaming the society instead.

Conversely if you look at Asian (or even Hispanic) community they seem to have cracked the code with little to no trouble whatsoever.

Blacks just can't seem to catch a break, though.

They disparage those that actually try to assimilate, naming them "Uncle Tom's" and mock those that try to get an education. I don't think I've ever seen a group (the high school I went to was majority black) who has such a disregard for school.
