Maybe. Conjecture at this point. I do know you guys had a hard on for us in the 90s as well. But the Tektards and Baylor did not allow us to go. I also know that Texas likes the PAC, not the poor, ignorant, uneducated, and unsophisticated Southern inbreds with growths in unnatural places. Their words, not mine.

One final thing . Not only does TAMU joining provide each school more money (you are welcome for sharing, especially when states with no TVs such as Bama and Miss have 2 teams per each state) but as someone previously mentioned, TAMU is even improving your academics. Kids in Texas are more aware of the SEC. And those who cannot get in to UT/TAMU can now go to LSU, Ole Miss, etc.
