The on field powerhouse rankings are based on 2014 projected finishes averages by USA today(Human), Athlon(Human), Phil Steele(Human), Espn Predictive model(Computer) and Football Outside predictive model (Computer).
They should of used ranking averages for the last 2 or 3 years or something.

How is Ohio St so high and to the right?
They were on probation for two years just recently, and replaced a proven cheater in Tressel
with an obviously ethics challenged Urban Meyer.
