The on field powerhouse rankings are based on 2014 projected finishes averages by USA today(Human), Athlon(Human), Phil Steele(Human), Espn Predictive model(Computer) and Football Outside predictive model (Computer).
They should of used ranking averages for the last 2 or 3 years or something.
