This is a track called "Don't Stay Here" by Frames and one of my favorite Post-Rock melodies.

The title just happens to be a coincidence in regards to this thread.

Anyway, they're not my favorite Post-Rock band, though. I personally prefer God Is An Astronaut and Sleep Dealer in regards to their full works.
