UGA wins the SECE and the SECCG. Florida wrecks the West beating both Bama and LSU but because this is Muschamp we're talking bout manages to lose to UGA, SC and UT, Mizzou gives them a good scare and Kentucky finally pulls off a bluegrass miracle of their own. The west winds up in chaos with no clear winner. Slive opens up bidding to resolve the crisis. To everyone's surprise, Miss State comes up the coin with OM bidding only $1 less. OM becomes convinced that Miss State has a mole in their AD and embarks on a super-secret program involving genetically modified cattle to be sent to cow college and bring the place down but thus far haven't been able to raise the money to fund beyond Stage 2 as all of their money is tied up in recruiting and player maintenance.

Meanwhile, smarting from the loss, Harvey gets drunk and while attempting to poison a gator on UF's campus gets bitten. Angry and still drunk, he decides that if he must die he'll die at the feet of the Bear. Once back at UA he passes out near the statue only to wake to sound of reptilian jaws snapping brass limbs in two. Harvey winds up at a mental institution run by Aubies - aware of his delusions, they never bother telling him he was found naked with a hacksaw in his hand gnawing on Bear's left arm.
