If it's in Mississippi it will be west Jackson, which might be the worst ghetto in the southeastern United States. People won't even drive in that area in the daytime. The delta is a joke by comparison.

It's crazy how fast the crime demographics and crime rates change as soon as you cross the Pearl River.
