re: Should cops wear camera's at all times while on duty?

while its against my political views id be fine with gov grants to buy cameras instead of the grants and shipping of military hardware to police departments. The gov can sell the military stuff to third world countries and use that money to give grants to departments to finance getting cameras for officers. The other option would be a small tax to take care of the cost of cameras or just route the funds from another area. They could also take a portion of ticket revenue and funnel it into purchasing the cameras. They have plenty of ways to get funds for cameras.

fwiw the comment about punishing ones for not revenue collecting was a shot at saying warnings would go out the window.
