Since when was anything "fair" when it comes to punishing speech? The university tries to keep hateful speech that is not in the media out of the public eye. Once it is in the media they have to do something to please the masses who cry for blood.

Except nobody is crying for blood...unless this makes CNN tonight, which it wont.
The school should do what they do with football players who frick up...handle it internally.
