You've probably only had garbage instant grits. I can eat mine plain because I make perfect grits. Most people add flavor though. Cheese, sugar, brown sugar (one of my favorites), pepper. One I haven't seen mentioned is to add jelly to your grits.

I like hashbrowns, but if there is a choice then I'll eat grits all day, erryday. If I get both then I'll mix them together.






Now I want breakfast food. 3 eggs over-easy, cheese grits, biscuit with white sausage gravy on the side, and some good bacon
