Once all of those things began to permeate the program, combined with the existing fan base that was already in place ... it was like mixing chocolate and peanut butter.

IMHO it was baseball, the national championship that was won by the baseball team ... that got everything started for the football team and it is continuing to spill over into the other sports. Men's and women's basketball are next.

That's what I meant when I typed, "what changed is obvious."

Call it a winning attitude or whatever. Before 2010 we always found ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Now, especially at home, we always expect to win, no matter what.
