Steve Spurrier is a great coach, one of the best of all time in the SEC, no doubt. But if you seriously think their is even a conversation about him being better than Bryant, then you are either trolling or not to smart. By the way, I am not being a homer here, Saban is not worthy of that discussion either. Now if either of them won about 8 or 9 more SEC titles, then it might be time to compare.

Not gonna happen. Spurrier is a great coach in great shape but no way he coaches more than 5 more years. Spurriers record is very impressive and to get as close as he has during the scholarship limited period makes it even more impressive. That is a record that will probably stand forever.
