I use both and the iMac is heads and shoulders better than any PC I've ever had. About to pull the trigger on a Mac Air when I get July's bonus check. The speed of the Mac and reduced threat of viruses and malware will make up for the lack of hard drive and storage space.

I keep a cheap PC laptop for risky downloads and torrents and streaming games and UFC.
