These rankings are such bullshite. 90% of employers could care less where you got your degree from. If it's regionally accredited then that's usually fine.
I've worked with LSU graduates, ATM graduates, and University of Phoenix graduates who have been fantastic employees. These ranking are sooo overblown.

As far as college recruiting goes at my company, we only target certain schools. I'm sure it varies by the employer, but we are a Fortune 100 company and have a very specific college recruiting effort.
