Any place that makes good gentlemen's cocktails has a few that are incredible. I don't know if i can even remember everything in the ones that were my favorites that i have just picked out. All of my faves are chilled, not on the rocks, and in a whiskey glass.
Screw anything sig cocktail in a big glass.
Ol' fashioned's are my go-to regular but not the best ever.
Its amazing the feeling you get from them as opposed to filling your belly with shite all night.

Manhattan (rye, sweet vermouth, orange bitters), Negroni (gin, sweet vermouth, Campari), Martini (gin, dry vermouth, angostura bitters) Sazerac (rye, simple syrup, peychaud bitters,absinthe rinse), Old Fashioned (bourbon, simple syrup, angostura bitters), G&T, and several of the variations on a Brooklyn (Red Hook, Park Slope, Bensonhurst, etc.) are in my regular rotation...
