Foley Alabama has one of the most beautiful downtowns for a small city I've seen.
Mountain Brook and Homewood would be next for me, only cause I grew up in this area. Go on Hollywood Blvd, see the gorgeous houses, and then hit a good strip of stores.

Pretentious snobs don't make a nice small town and I live and work basically in Mountain Brook (crestline).
