If you think Bobo has the brainpower to effectively go from a balanced pro-style offense to some wildly open Mike Leach pass attack and do it with uber-success, you're high. Malzahn can completely overhaul his entire offensive scheme and playbook based on the QB. We were balanced in the first 5 games of the year then ran the ball 70+% of the time the last 9 games after the bye week. That is innovative whether you want to admit it or not.

I get the point but I happen to think that Bobo is actually a damn good OC in his own right.

It's going to be interesting to see how the offense looks with all of these pro-style QBs in the next few years.

The only time we really got to see how the offense might change was vs FAU when JJ stepped in for Marshal to finish the game. The offense went from all-run to run with many downfield shots(similar to what he did with Cam at QB).
