To the OP, you will get your question answered fully next (2015) year. Jeremy Johnson is an excellent QB. He has decent mobility but has exceptional pocket presence and good touch on the deep balls. Once he develops the intermediate routes, you will see a devestating passing game.

Gus is the best offensive mind in the game. Most people just do not want to admit that fact (yet).
