I'm just talking about the bizarre need for some to discredit Les. I mean in a way it's kind of flattering because if he really is just an average coach living off Saban then can you imagine how good LSU will be when he's gone and we get a real coach in here ???

Finebaum and McElroy will fit in well together.
Your doing exactly what McElroy wants you to do, talk about it now, build up momentum a month before SEC network launches and then tune right in. My guess is LSU alums Spears and McFarland will come out next with something to volley back and forth with and it's instant tv watching. I'm not biting!

What GM said doesn't take anything away from Les. Saban won a championship here, and it put LSU in a unique position.

Les came in and kept the momentum going, with 1000 X more pressue than Saban had. He deserves credit as well.

I can. I remember when Saban was LSU's coach.

I hated your school and Nick with a passion
b/c y'all were ruthless and great.

Loved it when he left for Miami.

But not as much as I loved it when Nick came to Tuscaloosa.
