To give a real assessment, Jeennings will start but Harris is the better QB.
Jennings will start the Wisconsin game because he has the experience, has proven he can win games for us, and is able to manage the game. However, just one series in the spring game is enough to see that Harris is the better QB, no doubt. Harris might become one of the best QBs LSU has ever had IMHO. Harris is taller, has a much stronger arm, probably faster, but the most important and most noticeable difference is his pocket presence. Every snap Jennings gets to the end of his drop, sits there, and if the pressure is coming he goes backwards. With Harris, he gets to the end of his drop and starts stepping forward. Only other QB I have seen consistently do that is Drew Brees.

how has Jennings really done this? He played in one series against Arkansas. I mean, I have a hard time giving him the label of "knowing how to win" based on one series of one game because he did basically nothing to win the Citrus Bowl. He happened to have an unstoppable running back and a great defensive performance mask an absolutely dreadful passing performance. That's almost akin to giving Jordan jefferson credit for knowing how to win games because we won the SECCG in 2011.
