re: Ticket face values...and WVA tix open to the general public.

It's amazing to me they're even still able to sell out season tickets. The secondary market is flooded with tickets to just about every game, and if you play it right you can almost always find tickets for at or below face value. Especially these last couple of years where we've had that awful 8PM kickoff.
The wife and I make decent money, and we were priced out of season tickets a few years ago. I don't see how the average family does it every year. I mean we could do it, but it would mean sacrificing a beach trip every summer, or cutting our contributions to retirement or college savings plans. We go to 1 or 2 games a year and don't even buy tickets until we get down there and have always been able to find them outside the stadium.
