Oliver is already 6-foot-5 230-pounds and he's a rising Senior in HS. Ebron is 6'4 245 pounds and in the NFL after going through college weight training - hell most players can put on 15 pounds within a few weeks of arriving on campus. He may or may not have the athleticism (he jumps well, stays on his feet when knocked around by defenders, and has great hands from just a cursory glance at his tape but he doesn't look to be super fast). However, he definitely has the size.

At any rate, that guy was projecting a best case scenario - we all know recruits don't always reach the 'best case scenario.'
