Haven't got one, but it is a pretty common scam.
Another variation they'll use is to say that they've detected that your computer is about to crash.
If you talk to them, they'll ask you to enable remote desktop or some other remote access method and offer to 'fix' it for you. Sometimes they even have the gall to ask for a small fee (which can be conveniently paid with a debit or credit card over the phone).
LOTS of people fall for it.
